Purpose
Develop and research security technology needed to realize
the next-generation airport system.
Themes consist of;
(1)Research and development of the security technology applicable to the next-generation airport system
(2)Review personal authentication, privacy (ID management), server security, etc.
In particular, perform a risk analysis for the general purpose “Hands-Free” Travel process, Review solutions and in a safe manner, contribute to the spread of the future “Hands-Free” Travel .

Planned Activity
1. Risk analysis for the general purpose “Hands-Free” Travel process.
Sort various aspects of risk analysis, such as people (passenger), object (baggage) and information, in relation to the general purpose “Hands-Free” Travel process.
2.Seek Solutions to risk
(1)Study each risk as sorted through the risk analysis process and seek for solutions, within the working group, or request other working groups and/or form a coalition with other working groups.
(2)Organize the solutions for incorporation into subsequent trials.
3. Seek for a solution in the realization of the implementation on U.S. Bound flights.
(1)Develop a briefing material for the TSA, upon conducting a risk analysis and solution.
(2)Exchange views with the TSA based on the briefing material and seek for implementation on U.S. bound flights.
